Autumn Term: PBS Shipping
PBS (Postal Bespoke Services) are a company with a long and storied past transporting rare and fragile artefacts around the globe. However, when the owner (Charles Causley), was struck down with a long-term illness, the company began to fail and its best days are behind it. With terrible reviews, dwindling revenues and the threat of branch closures, PBS needs a boost. When a mysterious person offers us the commission of transporting an ancient, broken sword from China to Britain, it seems like exactly what the company needs. But do we have the skills to transport it? Can we persuade the Chinese Customs and Excise to release it? And how did the sword break in the first place?
Spring Term: Happitat
When our team of evolutionary biologists and zoologists parachutes onto a remote Pacific Island, they find a land untouched by humans but in grave danger of destruction. We must map, categorise and research the local wildlife in order to prove the importance of this rare habitat. A mysterious footprint gives us the opportunity to share the island's plight with the international community. But in order to truly save the island, we must convince its owner that evolution is real and that the delicate balance of life in this rainforest paradise could not be replicated anywhere else.
Summer Term: Eventertainers
Eventertainers are a highly-respected events company, with a wealth of experience in festivals around the world. We are invited to Venice, the city of canals, in order to contribute to their inaugural festival of light. Our demanding client wants stories, exhibits, pictures, experiments and LED shows in order to create a memorable and magical experience for everybody.
2023/2024
September to December: Gray Mining
Gray Mining are an historic British Mining Company, who excitingly, have been commissioned by NASA to assist on an asteroid mining mission. When a media storm erupts regarding the history of our company (which was founded during the Industrial Revolution), we must carefully consider our options. What happened that has caused such negativity from the press and social media? Can the mission be completed? Are we sufficiently trained to undertake it?
January to May: The Blue Circle
The Blue Circle is a Charity which serves refugees and migrants. We provide care, emergency aid and rehabilitation services to people who have had to leave their home country. When a family reaches out and explains to us that they are currently squatting in a cave on an island just off the coast of Greece, we do all we can to assist them.
We learn that the cave was once a resting place to a group of travellers on their way home from war. A well known writer named Homer even wrote a poem/story about them... We enter a drama narrative to explore this further. We become the victorious Greek Soldiers at the end of the Trojan War; about to set sail for home. Will we make it? And what will happen once we are home?
June and July: Adrenaline Addicts
As a tour company for people seeking adrenaline fueled experiences in the natural world, we are asked to add storm-chasing to their offering.
